Sheer Anything Blogger ChallengeTakeTwo: Sheer Venus
I played around this morning with the image I created of Sheer Venus last night for the Blogger Challenge 50 Shades of Sexy. After seeing it finally completed and walking away…. I returned and did not like the overwhelming diagonal created by the garden shears in the foreground. The idea for the image was also born out of the beautiful tiled beach Gopu and I vacationed at in Tahiti and that fell flat with the chosen WL setting…… along with the beautiful colors that were muted. So take two….. Sheer Venus… a little softer, a little bluer….. sultry, tempting and seductive…..

Sheer Venus
I’ve fallen behind again with my submissions to 50 Shades of Sexy and decided to do a theme that I skipped in an effort to catch up called, “sheer anything.” I chose this sweet little number by blowpop in cranberry and little by little my Venus emerged…. seductive, sexy and tempting. Swoon.

Dancing with David
Welcome to my fae realm. A world where you float effortlessly hanging on a cherished poem and time has no hold on life. Soft footsteps tread the warm soil and the forest is a musical celebration of buzzing wings and playful fae. Fantasy Faire is winding down and I can’t help but wonder why the festivities are packed into a short week. I have always been bad with “good-byes” and the last one to leave the party so this feeling is not unusual for me…. There is still the weekend and plenty more events scheduled for us to participate. On a better note, the Faire has raised over 5 million lindens for Relay for Life!!!! I have a load more poses from F*cking Ninjas (Fantasy Fair) and elephante poses (Pre-Release) so there is sure to be more shenanigans at play!

Put Some Hip in Your Hop
I decided I wanted to create a few Easter images using the couple pose by F*cking Ninjas from the Evil Bunny Hunt 3 to show Gopu and I painting Easter eggs. The pose is so adorable I couldn’t resist dressing up the space with all these awesome Evil Bunny Hunt scores! The more I pulled out, the harder the decision became of what items to use. The designers really outdid themselves this year! Yay!
I chose a dress from Killa Designz that put some hip into my hop! This smexy dress is deliciously retro and since the hud has three texture options, it is really three dresses in one! Pomposity’s Easter Egg earrings are the perfect accompaniment to my little retro Easter outfit. The earrings are incredibly detailed and despite their size, they are actually light as a feather! Both items are from the Pre-Release Easter Event that is happening right now.
I love Infamous’s Peeps; I couldn’t resist shoving a few in my mouth…. heck they have no calories so we can eat as many as we want! They also bring out the beautiful colors of my Easter eyes from blah.BLAH.blah (Noise.)
This little blue mohawk punk shoulder bunny by Demented Dreamworx reminds me a bit of mine and Gopu’s high school days! We were a force to be reckoned with back in the day and we did our fair share of skanking down the halls …. but on the inside he was definitely soft as a bunny. Awww.

Agent Provocative
For the 50 Shades of Sexy challenge I decided to go for the Underworld agent feel of the bad ass Selene and her sidekick Michael to emulate “Agent Provocative” (yes I have fallen behind!)
Gopu and I headed to the dark sim of Midian and aimlessly wandered around searching for victims…. I mean Lycans. Don’t worry none were to be found and we basically played a game of 007 meets Charlies Angles… yeah corny…. I know…. but that is how we roll!

Wonderland
Gopu and I headed off last night to Two Moon Paradise’s Alice Venue to catch the smooth tunes of one of our favorite live performers, Maxmillion Kleene! In keeping with the theme of the evening we dressed in our most mellowy mushroomesque Wonderland attire. I was the ever adorable Alice and Gopu wore the very fitting Mad Hatter role. First I want to say I adore this LeLutka hair! The hair flows so beautifully in-world and it barely had to be edited for the photos…if at all! You can wear the hair with or without the ribbon and the ribbon is equipped with a spiffy color changer! I will definitely wear this hair again and again…. on Alice-days and on not-so-Alice days! Also, the Alice dress by Deviance has to be one of the nicest Wonderland outfits on the grid! If you are looking for an Alice in Wonderland outfit, look no further…. my leg work was exhausting but the result was sublime!

Since we had some time before the show we went to two older SIMS that are both at the top of our list of favs and rode (well… walked b/c we couldn’t get the gondola to rez! LOL!) the Alice in Wonderland Dark Ride (Black Pearl Beach) and reminisced at Steelhead Nevermoor.
“But I don’t want to go among mad people,” I remarked.
“Oh, you can’t help that,” said the giant Cat: “we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad. Gopu’s mad.”
“How do you know we’re mad?” I asked.
“You must be,” said the Cat as he reached down and swatted Gopu, “or you wouldn’t have come here.”
“Everything’s got moral. If only you can find it.
