When I was little I wanted to join the circus…. not like…. run away and join the circus (my parents would surely have been invited to come see me) but I just wanted to be IN the circus. I had an adorable Shetland pony with the thickest most amazing flaxen mane that almost hit the ground… I would practice my circus tricks on her every day…. for certainly Ringling Brothers would call any day! Ringling Brothers never called, but I did end up riding on a mounted drill team when I got a little older, retired my pony (since my feet were inches above the ground – at this point I looked more clownish!) and got my first real sized horse.
This picture is attributed to my childhood dreams. Second Life is an amazing vehicle for breathing life into our dreams! That… coupled with the Funny Puppet Fair …. has brought my dream into existence… or into my virtual life anyway! 😛

Sweet Fantasy
I just finished decorating the living room of another build by Little One, Sorrow’s Sweet Fantasy Cottage with a little help from Roux and Sierra and wanted to share an image of the living room.
I really like the way it looks with Spargel & Shine’s couches. I’m going for a real-life fantasy feel (if that makes any sense!) and these couches combine both those elements and pull the home from going too far to the fantasy side. I love it! Roux and Sierra concur! We have a winner!

Me Roux….and Sienna too!
Ah Saturday! I just love the weekend! I finally have time to kick back with two of the newest members to our little Ippos family! As you know the Home & Garden Expo also includes two sims dedicated to the Breedables Fair and early on I planned to chose our first breedable pets. After careful consideration and well…. lets be honest… cuteness upon cuteness…. I chose a pair of Meeroos. The handsome devil on the table is Roux, a Siver Tide Elduris, and in my arms is the precious prince Sienna, a Winecoat Pine Meeroo. They are both 6 days old now and beginning to get a personality, or… at least I think so. As an added bonus the hud keeps your brain exercised with trivia from the oracle….. who knew dolphins slept with one eye open!! I guess that makes purchasing a Meeroo a smart choice LOL! The Home & Garden Expo and Breedable Fair closes tomorrow so be sure to check out the Breedable’s sim… you may just HAVE to take home a new member of the family! 😛

Beachy Keen Cottage
I am loving the porch on this Beach Cottage I purchased from Little One’s Store. The textures are so pretty on this build and I love the layout of the two rooms. The giant porch really makes the house feel as if it has a third room…. albeit an outdoor room but a room nonetheless. I am loving it. *swoon*
So far I have added a breakfast nook complete with rezzable breakfast and dining animations and I’ve decorated the entrance with with this mesh bench from Cobblestone. The mesh bench is complete with animations (single & couple,) wine! and coffee, and is only a measly three prim…. did I mention it comes with wine?! 😛 Be sure to get down to the Home & Garden Expo …. Hope Floats
So the other day I mentioned how I was blown away by some of the animations in the items that are available at the Home & Garden Expo and having way too much fun with them… well, “Hope Floats” (how cool is that name for a Relay for Life item?!!) is the name of this little raft by PRIME that is being given away at the Home & Garden Expo Hunt and it has some of the most adorable animations!
We have since moved the raft out of the mermaid lagoon and over to the beach after clicking the “shark” animation! A giant shark circles the raft and the avatar in the pose is frightened. It is hysterical….. go get one! I promise you wont be disappointed and you can’t beat the price with a stick!

A Drift in the Dark
I have been having way more fun than is probably normal with all the animations in the items I have acquired from the Home & Garden Expo! The creations are jam-packed with top quality animations and the couple poses are so realistic and soooo precious! This driftwood swing by Wet Cat Builds & Poses now lives at the end of our dune covered beach. One seagull is perched on the swing and a second flies around the edge. There are both couple and single poses and the swing has a nice rocking motion that is as silky smooth as the sand between my toes! I am a smitten kitten!
And for the ladies who are wondering what swimsuit I am wearing, here is an image of the two piece. I love the unique design and dare I say….. the elf like styling * smirk * Proving you don’t always have to let your jugs hang out to look super smexy! LOL

Presenting the Duke and Duchess of Ippos
The guest list was filled with names of fae friends far and near who gathered to celebrate the joining of two life long friends and lovers, Duchess and Gopu.
The clans of Victoriana, Dalish, Merkitsa and Teleri were well represented and the dark and light settled merrily on neutral ground. Fairies fluttered and goblins gobbled. The event was held on the sacred grounds of Ippos at the Cherry Blossom Place provided by the creative designers of Two Moon Gardens.
Duchess wore a stunning gown by designer Caverna Obscura and precious roses arranged by Wishbox. As night fell the festivities were a typical all out elven party!
The princess of Elephante lent her posing wand and the event went off with a hitch!

Spring Symphony
Gopu and I took a break from our current design project to check out the Home & Garden Expo since we are in the process of renovating the entire Ippos sim. The event raises money for a charity that is near and dear to the hearts of many in Second Life, Relay for Life. Over 100 extremely talented creators have graced 8 sims with their fabulous items! The Breedables Fair is on 2 sims and there is one sim set aside for entertainment. Whew! Nothing like a RFL expo to get your avie’s legs in shape!
This piano by ionic was just the item we were looking for to fill this little nook. The poses are adorable and the color and distressed look fits in great amid the wild flowers. The lanterns emit a soft glow and are just beautiful – I have a feeling I will be stringing them up all over the place {grins} I plan to try out a breedable…. so stay soon and see what I decide to raise.
