Temptation
Those Mad Girls of F*cking Ninjas have released this amazing prop and pose set aptly called, Temptation. The poses are incredibly fluid and I love the curvaceousness of the female pose in the tree. This story is a darkened version of a tale that has been told throughout centuries of a temptation that was taken which has forever darkened the soul. A betrayal that burns so deep it seems to affect all of mankind and each tear shed in remembrance of the forbidden act rips one from believing there is anything good left in humanity. A jolt of reality… a broken heart… a mass of shadowy torment lay in the wake….and a smug sprite that continues with destructive and manipulative ways…. selfishly gloating….self absorbed…lost in ego… we are only human after all.

This vintage swimsuit by Senzafine reminded me of the early pin-up work of Vargas so while at an impromptu beach party last night I set up a little “ode to Vargas” photo shoot. Just a flirty American kitten playing on the beach. Oh la la! The swimsuit comes in 4 styles and is one of the best vintage bathing suits to come out of this latest batch that has recently hit the grid. The textures are seamless and the result is a realistic vintage suit that is ever so purrrfect. But, I’ve come to expect nothing less from Senzafine. The swimsuit is at this month’s Flux event. Give Peace a Chance
Phoebe has released her studded mesh skirt with a new hud that produces not one… not two…. but eight!! stars and stripes patterns for the good ole’ USA. What I love about this skirt is that the patterns were carefully thought out and executed yielding 8 skirts that have the perfect balance between patriotism and fashion. So for July 4th wear a skirt that screams “style” rather than “costume” and be the trendsetter at the Independence Day party! The skirt and flower ring are available at the Black Market which ends on July 13.
I tried a number of tops with the high waisted skirt and found The Plastik to have the best pairing. The Plastik, known for incredible patterns and meticulously designed original clothing items, has so many pattern and color choices your only problem will be deciding which one to click on! Since I was going with the star theme I chose the Naval pattern, however there are so many choices that fit well with the color schemes for Phoebe’s skirt.
A better look at the jewelry and fingernails…..and a good excuse to use this super cute pose by Del May! Speaking of poses, the top pose created by the incredibly talented pose makers at F*cking Ninjas was originally designed to be used with a katana (included with pose,) however with the Slink “Victory” hands it became the perfect peaceful vehicle…. how ironic. LOL

Welcoming a New Day
A romantic stroll down the beach at sunrise has to be one of the best ways to begin a perfect day no matter where you are located! Although I can say a walk down the Seine at sun up is pretty spectacular as well! Magical Ippos
I love walking through the woods at Ippos and seeing the animals scurry past. I can’t wait to finish this sim project, I think it is going to be beautiful. I have a clothing-crush on this outfit by Senzafine; the textures are amazingly sharp and life like and the skirt is just too adorable. The skirt is cut high in the front and definitely highlights the caboose! The Flutter Boots by lassitude & ennui that I am wearing are probably my most favorite black lace up boots in my vast inventory.
